Modular Factory

Hi all!

This is a small freelance project, I just finished.
Hand painted, modular factory. I made it out, from few modular pieces and small props. Everything uses one 512x512 texture. Billboard is a separate piece, so user can add he's own logo.

Building is around 2k polys. The factory has working and broken state. Broken state uses the same texture, but with some add-on to it and color correction.

These buildings are a part, from bigger set, that I will be working on.
